Message	If you got time, you are always supposed to fight a ticket. Can't think of just paying the fine but also about insurance going up and it staying on your driving record for however long. And i've done research as well on wrong information on a ticket, and in some cases, you are able to get off (at least in CA). And what is a "violate control device ticket"? Did he write down the speed you were going at on the ticket? B/c in court he'll be bound to whatever he wrote on the ticket. One thing you could try is fighting it and postponing the court date as much as possible and when you do finally go sometimes the cop won't even show up and you're off the hook. My friend drives a WRX sti and he's gotten out of 3 tickets doing that.
