Message	for the job. You take pleasure in ruining other peoples day. The guy was excessively speeding so right him a ticket for the speed he was doing or if you are a nice guy cut him a break and write it for less. Why you would add an additional 30 mph to what he was doing and reckless driving on top of that? It's cops like that who give them all a bad name
