-Failed injector
-Tank of bad gas
-etc The point being, in case it wasn't crystal, that running the car at 10/10ths is never the "recommended" path for the street. EVER. You take away all of the breathing room, safety zone or whatever you want to call it if the inevitable happens. Technically possible with "adequate octane" is far from the advice we should be giving to people with green Ns.
