| I'm thinking of getting the AEM EMS from the GB currently being run, and I want to have WB O2 on each bank. Does anyone know how to achieve this? There seems to be 2 options as presented in the FAQ of the AEM website: Q: I have a V6, V8, V10 or V12 car. Which AEM wideband UEGO Controller should I use?
A: You can use our dual-channel controller module or two single-channel Gauge-Type controllers if you want to monitor both cylinder banks. We supply AEM digital display gauges if you want to view your AFR in real time and elect to use our dual-channel wideband controller.
Looking at the prices, the dual-channel controller seems to be just as expensive as getting two of the single channel Gauge-type controllers, the benefit in getting the latter is that you have the gauges included in the price that you can mount on your dash.
That is assuming that the EMS can somehow tap into and receive the WB signal from the gauge - is this possible? Does anyone know?
