| I bought one from harbor freight ( I think thats where I got it). It is supposed to handle up to 1000lbs. Has a cable and an electric remote. Mount it to a 1/2" steel plate to a joist in the ceiling. I would strengthen up the joists with some steel bar or alot of wood.
 NO, This picture is not photoshopped. It took many times to take this picture. Setting up the timer, shutter speed etc, then jumping on my bike and getting the tire to spin.
