The last bearings used (with RPS Sport pp) were manufactured by ACL but purchased from Clevite 77 and trust bearing face was not showing any wear. But i don't think the problem was solved by a change in the bearing brand, the previous external face wear was as much as .025" within 1500 km and it has happenned with both OEM and Clevite 77 bearings. I remember that previous Clevite 77 and ACL trust bearing faces were showing a copper face finish. The actual trust bearing faces received in the Clevite 77 boxes are similar to OEM (grey color coating) and the stamped sign is CE or something to that. I have requested a real Clevite 77 manufactured bearings to supplier instead of being from different Clevite suppliers as ACL.
