engine start and release pedal at light too. But i have the racelogic system with launch control at 4900 rpm and full throttle shift at 5900 rpm with clutch depressed. Anyway Sport pp have not made any damage to trust bearing face for 1500 km made but it does confirm that old style MAX pp apply a forward pressure on the crank.Trust bearing face was damaged either with and without clutch pedal being backed-up as per Greg Dupree website instructions: both switches were unscrewed to be flush with holding bracket (about 1/4") and pedal was backed up (booster rod unscrewed) to have green stoppers touching same bracket face and pushing in both switch stems inside. I have noticed that slave cylinder was not releasing free on return too. Clutch pedal adjutment has solved temporary the slave release free problem in the past but trust bearing was wear within 1500 km again. If you pull the booster shaft like when it push into clutch master cylinder, it is loosing its internal centering device starting from about 1/2" out. I think the slave defective release was caused by the booster shaft not returning into the booster internal centering device hole but it was hitting the face of it and master spool return was incomplete. Residual pressure was unsufficient to compress the MAX pp springs so pressure was transferred against the crank. Backing-up clutch pedal to max possible position may have caused the booster opposite side shaft to lost the centering device support and not fully return to its original position. New style MAX pp may not require to back-up the pedal clutch setting because less pressure is now rewuired to release free the clutch disc and fulcrum pins moved may now reduce the pressure applied against the crank. What i think is that RPS should agree to send me a free segmented flywheel as a minimal compensation even if Greg sent me a free Sport pp recently because i have spent a lot of money (about $7500. cdn) and time (500 hours labour) doing 6 engine rebuilt in a row because trust beraing face was destroyed within 1500 km using the MAX pp and always denied to be responsible of the problem. I have sent an e-mail last week to both Greg and RPS customer support and they have never replied to my request even if I have told them that I can send all damaged trust bearings removed from these damaged engines to support my complaint! This explain why I'm searching to find out other users having same issue using the old style MAX pp. Thanks for reading
