On the dyno, the engine has to overcome rotational inertia of the drivetrain and the dyno rollers. On the street, the engine has to overcome the rotational inertia of the drivetrain, the unsprung inertia of the vehicle weight, and wind resistance (which increases with the square of the speed). "Feel?" Feel what, the vehicle was completely stationary - it bounced around some. There would be absolutely no sense of acceleration.
