Subject	What to do rebuild engine or buy new turbos?

Message	Car has 134,000 miles on it. When should you rebuild the engine? I was debating on buying the gt600r turbo kit or the engine rebuild kit what do you recommend. i need new turbos because one stock turbo went bad.
