Message	launch at. You're the one driving your car, you need to know your car and know your driving skills/abilities. As for mods for $500 that will be tough. But with your current mods, you could just get a new ECU and do other things down the road. If you're losing by 2 car lengths, your friend either clearly has a faster car, or your driving is piss poor.
