Subject	Are MTX amps decent?

Message	I've got an alpine deck, alpine cd changer, polk audio and boston acustic speakers, and a 10" powered bazooka tube. The system was pulled from my NA, and now I need to have it installed into my TT. I'd like to get an amp. GoodGuys is selling an MTX 4-channel amp with crossover for 199.94 (reg 329). RT4180X. 55 watts X 4. Is this decent? Is it worth 199? Anything around that price you guys would recomend? For me, this should be plenty of power.
