Message	My buddy back home had issues with over heating. It turns out his casting flash in the coolant galleys were severely abnormal. He had the galleys worked on and never had a problem since. I'm guessing that some blocks came off of the assembly line with more casting flash than others and yours may fall under that category. *shrug*
