I used a piece of 3" aluminum tube, cut endcaps for it. Also used a 1.5" diameter aluminum tube that was crossdrilled a gazillion times with a 3/16" bit to serve as a de-aerator (sp?) which is installed centered within the main body. A Howe billet radiator neck was welded to it along with the mounting bracket. AN fittings were used, line was run to the pump and a new return line was fabricated. The cap is only installed to the first "click" to allow venting.
