Message	i think theyre completely funtional at freeway speeds. its something to fill in the rear and add a lil bit of downforce. i live in so cal so u get tailgated goin 75 in the fastlane and at average fwy speeds i think its fast enough to make a difference. as long as it doesnt create more drag and looks clean i think alot of people would be interested.
