You do this everytime, like spee predicted. I don't understand how you still have enough orders to loose them at this point. It is annoying and frustrating to hear about stuff like this on a weekly basis. People spend a lot of money on this hobby, and when you have to call and wait and call and wait and get the run-around it takes the fun out of it. I had to do this to get my core charges refunded, and after two calls only one had been done. Then I had to call again and get the other applied. Not a huge deal, but inexcusable and annoying nonetheless. What if that money was part of my rent payment or something? Why did it take two months? Why did I have to call at all? Why include a sheet to send back with the core return even, and make me fill it out only to have to explain it multiple times on the phone anyways? The other vendors never have issues like this. I don't care why, they just don't. You are always just working on fixing it. How is it reasonable to tell everyone on here to just deal through you? "It wasn't my fault, I don't know who you dealt with, but if you tell me who it was, they are sooo grounded, just deal with me from now on." Why have a staff at all then, aside from their being a scapegoat. The fact that you come on here and try to feed this shit to people on a regular basis, as well as having responded to and instigated childish rumors and personal attacks is enough reason for me to avoid your business without having my pre-tt.net member experience.
