Message	To some people, a company having twice the complaints per month compared to other vendors isn't a big deal. Some may draw the line at four times, some at eight. The point being, no one will ever agree. But 90% of them being essentially "non-issues"? I understand it was a guess for the sake of your point but our wonderfully archived written record shows there are plenty of serious, post-worthy concerns. The percentage of inconsiderate people jumping the gun is indeed up. As annoying as it can be, thinking it means nothing is silly. That's essentially what you're saying, no?
