Message	Thanks for your order. We do deliver without a hitch the vast majority of the time, otherwise we wouldn't be in business. But rest assured if we don't someone here will make a big deal about it usually before we are given an opportunity to correct it. None of our competition is perfect either, but most here will cut them A LOT of slack when they do make a mistake.
