Message	was told that a few left hand drive cars had difficulty with the usb. No problems with serial cables. Since blazt is made in New Zealand where they are right hand drive, they never personally encountered this problem. It has now been fixed with a modified usb cable. In any case, Blazt has been very good at fixing the problem-if it occurs on your car either with cable replacement or with refunds.
