Message	deposit is refundable. After they do all they said they would, take the car to a VERY good mechanic and have him go over they car. Have him check all the seals and everything and ask him about any leaks. Then take it too a body shop and find out exactly what happened to the car (do a CARFAX, 2). If after doing all this, you think you want this one, remember that you still have to do the body work. Do you want to do all of that or just find a better ride?
