That's Jeff K's car, he's run at the Qualcomm autocross events for years. He's pretty damn fast and the RX-7 is crazy to watch. It runs on racing slicks, so until they heat up, the car looks like its driving on ice. Here's a picture with the old body: 
Wet or dry, the carbon fiber body is for lightness not strength. The results certainly speak for themselves.
