Message The person reading the data has to understand that it's not a comprehensive overview of the flow characteristics of the manifolds, it's a single (arguably) representative datapoint. I wasn't aware of the testers using modified heads when flow-testing the manifolds, if that's not held constant (as I mentioned as a requirement [ http://twinturbo.net/net/viewmsg.aspx?forum=general&msg_id=1871513 ] ), then you've got an apples to oranges comparison, which is still valid when comparing whole packages. That being said, the MS manifolds were tested with stock heads and then with modified heads, so there is apples to apples test data.

The comparison is apples to apples if the only variable is the center port, just not comprehensive. If, like you just claimed, they are using modified heads (or heads with some geometric anomaly) then you're exactly right, the data isn't apples to apples, but as nix0r states below ([ http://twinturbo.net/net/viewmsg.aspx?forum=general&msg_id=1871723 ]), it is valid for overall package comparison.
