Message	and one was smaller than the other. I went through that whole fiasco back when I did my NA to TT conversion. One pump has a much larger pump gear than the other, and the shape of the gears is also different (the smaller using rounded "lobes" and the larger using what looks like a typical gear with sharp teeth).
