Message Mine does see rain, Tim's is garage art =D I didn't go all out like he did, but the stuff I did do still looks good. However, none of my stuff gets wet, it's all up on top of the engine. I have a bigass container of the clear, so I still want to revisit it and figure out what we're doing wrong.

I'm surprised you bent a steel adapter. I made mine out of 1/4" aluminum and no leaks yet. I used 3/16" for the outlet adapters, also aluminum. Those I wished I had made out of stainless, the thread engagement is marginal for aluminum. Here are some pics of mine:

I used the o-rings on one side only, the side that bolts to the turbo, and used the stock gasket on the other side. I suppose I could have cut an o-ring gland into the elbows, but so far so good :)
