| The current compressor inlet flanges that I was using on my GT28R were not designed properly and caused a vacuum leak ( I have not even put 100 miles on my Z due to the deer damage) But when doing a boost leak test.. it revealed that I had a compressor inlet flange leak.. so I pulled the motor to install these new ones I made and install some SS oil lines w/ .035 restrictor. The old ones were 1/8" steel and I guess I overtoruqed them so they warped causing the leak. I made a few sets of these just to keep for the future/ when I do another bigger turbo upgrde, These new ones are 1/4" steel.. I used my home powder coating kit and the "chrome powdercoat with the clear coat mixed in as one" It is sold like that to help keep the sheen up.

I previously tested the two stage "chrome" , which you had to apply the clear separate and it just made it look like a dull silver. The clear is needed because supposedly,, it will oxidize and get even duller. This new single stage "chrome" looks much nicer.
I am debating if I want to do my Plenum with this or not.. I will most likely get that stuff real chromed.
NO, This picture is not photoshopped. It took many times to take this picture. Setting up the timer, shutter speed etc, then jumping on my bike and getting the tire to spin.
