Message	I haven't figured out the Japanese police yet. They ride aroudn with their lights flashing all day long while just sitting in traffic. I was doing over 2 times the posted speed limit (112 mph in a 50 mph zone) and when they caught up to me they just told me to slow down. They ride mopeds in a lot of places.
