Message	Yup russel called me bright any early (930am est) and caught me off guard...kinda surprised. Well everything was taken care of and its not to say Z1 wasn't wrong in what they did but they did correct their mishap, and it is totally understandable as they have lots of customers/orders to take care of daily so mishaps do happen. all in all very satisfied the situation was taken care of :)
