Message	Perhaps, I'm just missing it but even at such a late hour the search function works... Besides, with a company not represented in a forum community how would you find who to contact? You would call and ask until you were satisfied. That being said, I'm glad to see you got in touch with Russell. Having finally had a chance to visit Z1 on Monday I have to say that inspite of any negative experiences had by members of the community they have truely managed to build an impressive business and that they will work with you to correct any mistakes.
