| Here is mine mounted on the A pillar.
I have had bad expiriences with Auto Meter boost guages. I really have never heard anything bad about Auto Meter and thought that they were great for the money before I bought one. I had the Auto Meter Carbon Fiber Ultra-Lite analog boost gauge, at first it worked great. After a few months though the needle started to stick a lot and the movement was very jumpy while boosting and in vacume. At first it was very smooth and at vacume it would always rest right on -20, then after a few month it would be around -17, and I would need to tap the guage a few times and it would finally move to its correct reading. Also its movement became very jumpy and would stick and jump while boosting to the next reading. I thought I just had a defective guage, so i sent it back to Auto Meter. They sent me a brand new gauge, and everything worked fine for the first couple months, then it began doing the same exact thing the first gauge did. Maybe I was just unlucky and got two junk gauges in a row, but I wouldnt buy another Auto Meter gauge now. I was very suprised b/c i had never heard anything but praise about them... maybe I just had bad luck. If I had it to do over again, I would spring for Defi gauges.
