Message	Where they are trying to extract the maximum amount of power, or torque, or fuel milage, for an extended length of time they might have issues. I'd bet for people like us, 4 30 minute sessions won't be life threatening to our motors, or to our rental car's motors. :) We won't be on the ragged edge.
