Duly noted, experience speaks most... all in all, taking care of and preventing both minor and worse things will make the whole package that much more enjoyable. I am curious if we will ever see an example of a perfectly mint stock vehicle in the coming years. I imagine it would be one sitting in someone's garage and never driven except from the sales floor to the garage... thereby completely defeating the purpose, but it would be a great addition for a Z museum.... Regardless, the Z32 will always be an incredible piece of machinery on the road and off. :that you have nothing else to worry about =P i know you love your z but trust me, there will be far worse things that will occur during your ownership that will be beyond your control. and its not gonna be on the underbody of the car too =/
:so i say don't stress so much about the minor things like this and just enjoy the car. take care of her, but enjoy her without overly obsessing. that's just my take after 7 years of owning my z.
