Message	this debated here every couple of years, and you are absolutely correct. Read both Tom's and Bernie's comments and make an intelligent conclusion. I say, yes the mileage is low, but the belt is old, so pull a cover, give it a good inspection, and make an informed intelligent decision on when to service it.
