Your revelation prompted me to examine each wheel for about 5 minutes. After that I could find only one very small ding on the face of an outboard flange. From all appearances HKSGTZ made an exceptionally good buy and I am not yet very disappointed with what I paid. However, HKSGTZ in his ad said "brand new" and then hedged in his correspondence to me with the expression, "basically 100% new." That should have been a red flag. If I had known that they were not new, I would have offered somewhat less for sure. So I was deceived but am not YET very disappointed. The wheels APPEAR to be in excellent condition. Because of your post I will have these wheels balance tested before refinishing them to make sure that they are mechanically sound as well. Thanks for the information DVDBURN.
