I can cut the problems off before they snowball. I knew nothing about your problems until I read this post. All I can say is that I am prepared to do whatever is neccessary to fix it wheter it be a refund or getting you parts. If you could post below with the best phone # to reach you at I would appreciate it.I understand that customers should be able to resolve any problems with our customer service reps, and we are trying to improve on that, but in the event they are not I am here to do so. I apologize to everyone from what it looks like a lapse in our service as of the past week or so. The posts of the past few days are a result of a wave of too much business, phone calls, and e-mail for a couple weeks. My staff simply got overwhelmed, behind, and things got thrown into confusion. I am addressing the problems and we have got it mostly back on the right track. So if you call Z1 and get voicemail please realize we can only do so much so leave a message an we will get back to you. Once again I'm here to help fix any problems that anyone has. I have resolved the issues with the other two posts this week and I intend to resolve this one given the opportunity. I'll answer to some of the specifics once I get to the bottom of what went on.
