Message	prevent the issue from reocurring (aka: fire and hire new staff aor put someone in some type of "Sensitive traning program" ) if he is not aware of these situations. He is the owner not an employee for a reason. I'm sure if Kyle @ IPP hired some staff that was below his standards he would want to be told about it versus finding out about it on the forum. Your post is not a "fantastic summary". There is a chain of command in management and if you had a legitamite beef that was not resolved, you deal with the chief not the minions to get crap resolved. If the chief screws u or tells you to go "F" yourself, then you let others know about. This is how management and leadership works.
