Message	post above. He mentions that when you ask some of those guys questions they act like you are bothering them. I wouldn't want to talk to them either if that's the case! If anything, though, folks need to be more discriminating. If someone acts like they don't want to help you, hang up the phone and call someone who does. It's easy. That sort of treatment really, really rubs me the wrong way.
