Message An off the shelf one made 222. i looked the dyno and added fuel in certain areas to get an additional 6 whp. If i was at the dyno tweeking with 20 - 30 dyno runs to fix everything like some other tuners i would easily get another 10 whp or so.

To correctly answer your question - This is a slight variation of our off the shelf chip for the listed mods but i wouldn't call it completely "dyno tuned" . We offer the same feature to all our customers. Basically i send you a basic tune for your mods - you dyno - send me the results and i tweek the chip to match your specific car. most people net between 18 - 22 whp with the "off the shelf" chip with the full NA mod list. As you start adding more and more mods you gain more of a benifit from ECU tuning. IMO thats still a decent value for the money.

I was addressing the people that said that a ECU was "not worth it" on a NA. Sure its not worth it if you buy a JWT for $500 hp and maybe 10 whp. However JWT is not the only game in town.

I do believe that a full exhaust, underdrive, cams, intake and ecu are worth it on a NA, especially if done together as a complete cohesive package. If you do it "RIGHT" you can do it cheaply. Here is a price list.

Intake - $105
Underdrive - $135
Headers - $250
cams - $550
TP with resonators - $200
Catback with resonators - $550 - $750
ECU - $250

A Stock Z NA is right at 175 - 180 whp. If you can add 40 - 50 whp for about 2000 bux its not bad IMO. Its obvious there will be people that will double this estimate by going with $1200 B & B exhausts and $600 header etc. But IMO thats not a true descriptor what can be achieved.
