Message	is in the position just before trying to start is from a faulty ECU. This happened to me when I tried soldering in a socket on my ECU. Thank god I was able to fix the ECU. In fact, if you try to do an ECU diagnostic it won't let you and I believe the Check Engine light stays on solid and doesn't go away like it should.
