| expecting it in 2 days. If Z1's employee knew it was out of stock he should have said something and I am inclined to believe they would have. Sounds to me like the guy took the order, assumed they had the part or mistakenly thought they did, and either didnt follow up and get back in touch with the guy to let him know it wasnt there, or pawned it off to someone else and the task got dropped in course of whatever Z1 does during its business hours. I've read posts where Courtesy has done the same thing. I have ordered from courtesy more than all other vendors put together and I am almost positive I got my stuff the following day (180 miles away). The guy went a little overboard with the title though. I personally feel like Russell has demonstrated many times over that Z1 is not out to, nor tolerates screwing people over, despite what others will say about them and despite whatever may have happened however many years ago. As of late they seem to be more than on the right track, even if they arent the popular shop to cheer for. I've never ordered anything from them, havent needed to.
