I did call. I did e-mail. My login name is my name. No hiding behind an alias for me. I never was able to speak directly to one of your representatives, and as I stated in an earlier post, a message was left today at 5pm PST informing me that the part was not available and a delivery time could not be given. I did not claim that your company was trying to scam me or going bankrupt; (though, once bitten, twice shy!) On the contrary I believe the Z community NEEDS companies such as yours. As "timathascott" noted maybe this can be turned into a positive for Z1 Motorsports. One recommendation I would make is that you NOT charge customers in advance of shipment unless clearly agreed upon in advance; (i.e for special order parts from outside vendors, etc.) I don't relish being a "squeaky wheel" but if it makes Z1 a smoother running and better and more trusted vendor... then Great!
