Message NA Cost versus HP gains (info is all from CZP.us)

Underdrive Pulley -
$190 for 16-18HP (UR) = $11.18/hp

Intake -
$90 for 6-8 HP (JWT) = $12.86/hp

ECU -
$550 for 12hp = $45.83/hp

Headers -
$580 for ~19hp (Stillen) = $30.53/hp
$350 for ~19hp (CZP) = $18.42/hp

Exhaust
$620 for ~10hp (HKS) = $62.00/hp
$849 for ~12hp (Borla) = $70.75/hp

TwinTurbo Swap (not found on CZP.us)
$3000 for ~88hp (stock TT) = $34.00/hp
- That's $1500 for an engine, and $1500 for labor. Granted no one can really do a swap for that little, but still... even if you inflate that to $4000 or even $5000, its still only $45/hp and $57/hp... Still cheaper than Headers, or even an exhaust for the gains!! =)

SOOOOO...

Take everyone's suggestions to heart... trying to get POWER out of an NA VG30DE is like throwing money out the window... don't bother, just do the cheaper/easier stuff, like the Intake and Underdrive Pulley, and put the rest of the money in the bank, and save for a TT. You'll thank yourself later.

Congrats on the car though, and welcome to the forum!
