and it fits very very well. The edges are lined with felt to avoid scratching dash or pillars. It's a little more expensive at $45-50, but it comes with a charcoal-grey velcro closing cary bag. When stored its nicely behind the seats or on the floor between the passenger seat and passenger door without blocking the stereo grill.
