Message	Technology for them is cheap, and the "benefits" could easily be pushed to the right people. Think of what insurance companies would do to have the ability to get an email of who is sitting in the driver seat when a car's alarm is triggered and reported stolen? The tech is already in $19.99 cell phones. :)
