Message	a few years back and it got voted down. Looks like they are just going to sneak it into place and ease us into it. Hey remember when it cost $2 for a gallon of gas just a couple years ago? Now we think getting less than $3/gal is awesome. Expose people to something for long enough and it becomes the status quo.
