Message	PayPal decided in my favor and refunded the amount owed by Bear Paint and Body. Bear Paint and Body never made good on their continued promises to give me a refund. I've used PayPal for six years and lucky for me this is the first time I've had to file a transaction dispute claim. Here is the link to my first post regarding the problem.
