Message	but why is the white line there? You can say "OH PLEASE" all you want, but if you can't give the answer as to why, then it's just assumption. The ANSWER to the assumption is that THIS PARTICULAR white line indicates the RIGHT SIDE of a separated roadway, instead of it indicating a lane separation (like it very well could).
