Message	yeah, never thought of that... Doubt going to get the answer I want by calling up and asking: "Hey, I need to get my Z inspected. How picky are you folks about the visual inspection, seeing as it does not have the cats on it and also can you pass the tail pipe sniff test for me without them on?" Their answer: "NO" Why? They have no idea if I am a state inspector trying to catch them...
