I've heard it called a pentroof combustion chamber, but it really is just another word for a "hemi"; a hemispherically shaped combustion chamber with a centrally located spark plug. Yes, we have "little" hemi's under our hoods. :) Many other 4-valve engines have this inherent issue to consider and it isn't a problem so long as the engine is maintained and work is properly performed.
