Message	Just to be clear, I'm not trying to harass you. I honestly do not understand why you are surprised that an insurance company would not sue to recover your deductible. It's a liability you agreed to assume, I don't even see how it's their moral responsibility to pursue it. If you're intent on recovering it and you're justified, hire your own lawyer.
