Message	I would either pick a D50 to get familar with everything and then move up to a D200 here is a link that compares to entry SLRs which includes D50, D70 and Canon Digital Rebel XT / 350D [ http://www.digitalreview.ca/cams/NikonD50vsD70SvsXT.shtml ] and Wolf Camera.com has pretty good prices
