If I were you I'd just borrow a friend's stock boost hoses, go get the car passed...and put the hardpipes back on. Unless you have to get this done every year, that could get annoying. I'm not up on CA emissions laws, and I'm glad I don't need to be. Even though those hardpipes have zero impact on emissions, CA laws still require something saying that "modification" is emissions legal. Ugh, that sucks. Good luck with the CARB sticker search.
